A collection of hyperspaces is a giant verse containing γ4 Hyperspaces of Systems. They're giant webs of the Hyperspaces connected by an unknown material. Each of these giant webs have a core in the middle that is usually connected to 4 Hyperspaces of Systems. The cores nullify attempts to destroy Hyperspaces in the webs. The webs can come in all sorts of ways to connect the hyperspaces. It's not shapes because these were beyond the concept since the Cosmic Complex.
