A hypocomputer is a computer made up of hypoverses, exploiting their ability to be programmed to replicated the behavior of other groups of hypoverses to first encode simple logic, then built up to more complicated structures, and then at their fullest realization performing infinite amounts of computation to simulate entire xeroverses.
