Leveni are the very largest particles smaller than Nothingests. There are three of them in a single Nothingest, and they can either be negative or positive.
Leveni controls the movements of their local Nothingest in space, and that depends on what Leveni are negative / positive. Since there are just three of them, that means their Nothingest cannot be in a "neutral" state. If the Nothingest were to be in a neutral state, they'd be able to exist forever, but would not move around in space.
