The Cosmological Recycler is a cosmic entity that finds any bad cosmological structures/entities and destroys them and transports the matter of the destroyed object into the Recycle Realm, an isolated infinite void of matter for later use by TCR. It transports RR matter to form new cosmic objects or entities, though it cannot create matter. It changes size to fit into different verses and can teleport anywhere and everywhere to get to places. It's also invulnerable to anything and everything. It has been in a fight with The Seeker, though The Seeker has continuously succeeded to glitch him into Thingk before TCR can use his transportation. TCR is one of if not the only entity to be able to escape Thingk.
He also recycled Bongus into a primordial god in a different timeline and he recycled 2 record-holding Cosmic Consumers, CC-Ceta and CC-Uni-1/2.
