The Paper is an indescribably long and wide, however only a meter tall structure, it, unlike other things of similar size to it, is not made of paper at all, and is instead made of a Primordium Delta, Primordium Alpha mix, and some cell like structures called 'Realitators' that turn things drawn on it into reality.
If The Paper were to rip, The Metareality-Web would tear along that rip, and if it was shredded by something like The Paper Shredder (Created by Tenebriyza) or the Scissors, the Metareality-Web would be shredded and corrupted leaving no life, meaning THE CREATOR has to make sure it is safe from all threats.
Only few beings are allowed and are even capable of drawing on The Paper, such as THE CREATOR, and The Primordial.
