The tesseract system is the second thing in the system chain. It always moves and contains Cube Systems. It always moves because of the energy of the Penteract System. It is in the 11th class.
The Tesseract System could contain a little bit of hidden Dust Specks, too.
The Tesseract System seems to be artificial as well. It is still unknown who built this monstrous system in the first place.
