Apex is the ruler of The Apex. His creations were, Oracle (Emperor of Time), Enigma (Creator of Light), Atom (Keeper of the elements), Phantom (Holder of the natural forces), and Doctor V (Guardian of life).
His creator lives in a far higher dimension known as the Uber Realm.
He is infinite years old and can melt a universe.
