Simply put, they're purple cosmic annoyances with paddle like feet that harass any civilization they come into contact with, and they gladly pick up the weapons generated for them in their natural habitat. A more in depth explanation, however, is below;
Giboblins are a naturally brutal species, taking major advantage of the weapons that the western Tube of Terror provides on a random basis to attack unlucky civilizations in and around the Tube. All it takes for a plague of them to start is a single Giboblin spitting in the right place, furthering their danger. Thankfully, they have little in the way of intelligence aside from using weapons and are incapable of civilization building.

Axiomville
Axiomville is the terminator of the 11th and entryway to the 12th Everything layer, containing all imaginable and non-imaginable axioms and rules of reality possible within its boundaries. Axiomville materializes as a city, but only has a single, unnamed resident in the mayor's square. Otherwise, the houses and other buildings are filled with Yitunverses. The buildings themselves also have little to contribute to the structure of Axiomville.
However, its containment of every physical and mathematical law possible leads to different sections of the city being extremely different in laws of physics, hardly keeping their shape and sometimes having to be oddly sized to not collapse under their laws. Yanga
Yanga is a verse that contains only 5 Yinas. It also makes those Yinas move. It looks glitchy, but it actually isn't at all. It also looks colorful, and is a long verse with lots of layers.
Yanga uses its color to deceive people, letting them wander to the core and become corrupted by its impure and evil energy to balance with the goodness of the Yinas. It, along with Yina, balances the good and bad within and beyond it. The low amount of Yinas and low total size come from the need to balance the good and evil within both.
